Cannot say enough about the entire process. It's nice to see a company nowadays that actually cares about their customers! There were two burglaries in my development alone last month. I contacted this company for an evaluation on a Tuesday, and had the system installed by Thursday! You will not find a better value for your dollar, and to top it all off my family is now safe.

GuardMe saved my family! Thank you, your salesman is an angle and is responsible for saving the lives of my children. Because you explained why we needed to install this system my family is alive today. We had a fire last week in the middle of the night and our system got us all out of the house. The house is a total loss but everyone got our alive. The fireman said if we had not installed the security system with the smoke detectors he thinks someone would have died for sure. The house was a total ball of flames within minutes that we got out. I have had the pleasure of using GuardMe Security over the past two years.  GuardMe has consistently delivered in all aspects of my security needs.  They are great to work with in developing plans for security systems we need.  I find the salesman are 100% honest, professional, flexible and attentive to all of my concerns. Earlier this year when I was opening a new office that we required the latest surveillance technology, GuardMe was there to advise me of what would work well without overselling me on things that were not necessary.  We also have a storage warehouse without telephone service, GuardMe was able to provide the technology to monitor it 24hrs a day for police and fire as I had requested without installing a phone line.  Does it work?  Someone broke a window at that location just the other day, my GuardMe system scared the burglar away and the police were at my office in minutes.  GuardMe was there first thing in the morning to figure out what happened and replaced the piece of equipment that had been broken by the attempted burglar.  While delivering all of this, they are still able to give competitive prices and value in comparison to other companies we have looked at.  Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer who recommends GuardMe highly.

Being in the retail service industry, I believe that exceeding your clients expectations should be at the top of one's priority list.   GuardMe has done exactly that for me. From the first meeting with the salesman, to the very professional installation, my experience was great.  They were very thorough in discovering any and all unique needs that I had before recommending a system for me.  The GuardMe Technician flawlessly executed the installation of the system and gave me a very complete explanation on how to use it.  The installation looked like a lot of work to me but these guys are pros.  My camera system has been in use for about a year now and I haven't had any issues or concerns. I love being able to watch the store when I am home or traveling.  I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a camera system to use GuardMe Security.

I just thought I'd drop you a line to tell you how happy I am with the alarm system GuardMe Security installed in my home.

In the process of negotiating the business end for this system with you, my expectation was that you would be pretty much the same as most businesses and salesmen I have dealt within the past: i.e. concluding the deal as fast as possible, get the money and leave. I must say Mr Assal, that you and your salesman, Mr. David Perrera, took the time not only to be sure all the pertinent information and explanations I needed to make a buying decision, but you then called a few days later again, and asked if I had any more questions about the alarm system. You were very thorough and attentive which gave me the confidence to finally have the system installed. I am also happy with the way you handled Old Bridge Township regarding the necessary permits needed for this installation.

Even the day of the installation, your installer took the time to explain every thing about the system to me which made operating it a “piece of cake”. I was also impressed with the neatness of the installation and how your installer cleaned up afterward. As you know I had one problem with one of the door modules, which I know can happen on any new installation. I called to report it to you and your installer was out to my home the next morning to correct it. The problem was quickly taken care of and the system has been operating flawlessly ever since.

So Mr. Assal, I want to thank you again for the fine service and the assurance of safety you and GuardMe have given me and my family. Be sure I will recommend you to any and all who are interested in a home security system. Please feel free to use this letter as a recommendation for your company.
